Healing Through Sound
For thousands of years, sound therapy was used by Tibetan and Himalayan cultures to heal individuals through the usage of Tibetan bowls made from metal.
The resonance frequency caused by ringing the bowl creates a sense of comfort that heal our hearts, and calm our minds.

Then for the past century, sound therapy found its scientific application when it was first used to help improve the mental and physical recovery of WWII soldiers. With the advancement of technology behind sound systems, great composed music with healing elements emerged.

Modern Application
With the advancement of music literacy and composing software, more talented musicians and freelance music creators emerged.
Healing music now contains a mixture of instruments such as piano, flute, harp, guzheng and many more.
In addition, sound effects like waterfall, raining, and river flowing were used to blend with these music to create a sense of peace and presence with nature.
